I have watched all your shows from gradual report, to todaystop5, and Ddiary09 and I do consider myself a loyal watcher of your shows. The reason I am contacting you is that the new format for the Ddiary09 does not seem to appeal to me as a watcher. I would like to help in anyway I can and one of those ways as tedious as it might be would be too go to the old format or something close to it. The reasons that I have come to this conclusion is that the videos are now too short to draw in the viewer in most of these newer videos. As well as the fact that some of the shorter maybe more funny clips will be left out, because there is no editing or not spontaneous times when you just happen to have your camera at hand. I guarantee that I will continue to watch your videos because I know that you are the most hilarious and creative guy on youtube but I think you should wait until the technology for the Iphone video is more advanced and maybe only use it for instant updates of stuff happening.

Thanks for the kind letter you made some great points… I agree with a lot of what you said. If I was getting paid I’d do it. Unfortunatly it’s costing me like 3 hours a day plus a whole computer doing nothing but coding… I can’t do the gradual report and the diary well and live hapily ever after. If more people stepped up with subscriptions I’d be able to dedicate a computer and justify the use of the time… But for $3.00 on a good day I just can’t justify the time or money to buy a new computer. It just isn’t worth doing at all.
Tubers get around $600 fir every million views. A diary show on the best day gets 1000 views. Thats = to $1, subscribers = another $50 so thats $51 for say 8minutes a day of footage which takes 12hours to code 45 minutes to edit and two hours to upload…
I thought I’d give it a shot to catch on and 8 months later it hasn’t.
What most people don’t remember is it’s just me. I’m the only one doing it all. Website, gets a little help but only if I raise hell. I’m the mope behind, infront, charging, coding, and everything else.
Sorry about the short vids I’ll try and make them better but I don’t think I can go back to the way it was, not enough people care to make it worth all the effort it takes. More views and more $ would change my mind but I don’t see that happening…
